Have an enough time of sleep: People these days due to a lot of day or night activities they are sleeping less time than recommended for brain health. For adults we are required to sleep a minimum of 7 hours a day. Tired brain will cause you a painful headache and less performance in your activities.
Drink water daily: water is needed in the body for various activities such as helping in digestion, dissolving wastes, salts and sugars, cooling and maintaining the blood fluidity. Having less water in your body will affect the efficiency of these activities hence being a task to the brain for balancing them again.
